lower limb program

Expressions of interest now open.
  • Compound exercises, mobility work, and expert coaching
  • Strengthens the critical muscle groups around the hips and pelvis
  • Build raw strength and power, enhance your overall movement quality and efficiency, and reduce your risk of lower body injuries 
  • 12 week program

lower leg program

Target and treat shin splints and lower leg pain through a personalised rehabilitation approach aimed at effectively managing the condition and enhancing functional capacity.
  • DVA-funded (with a valid referral)
  • 8 week program (dependant on individual assessment)
  • Two 1-hour sessions per week
  • Train with your mates

hip function program

Manage back, hip, and knee pain with our tailored rehabilitation program, designed to help you regain mobility and reduce discomfort through personalised exercise regimens.

clinical reformer pilates

Physio-led and tailored to you for stronger cores and better health.

We offer two types of sessions:

Flow
Focus on building skills in Pilates techniques to improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, making it ideal for those seeking a full-body stretch and tone.

Power
Focus on higher intensity exercises to build strength, muscle length, and endurance, making it ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic workout.
