hip function program
Manage back, hip, and knee pain with a tailored rehabilitation program.
- DVA funded (with a valid referral)
- 15 week program (dependant on individual assessment)
- Two 1-hour sessions per week
- Train with your mates
- Your training team includes:
- GP (with a special interest in musculoskeletal health);
- physiotherapist;
- and exercise physiologist.
