Accepted conditions are injuries or illnesses that the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) recognises as service-related and have accepted liability for, allowing you to access funded treatments and benefits.1
Keeping them updated with GO2 Health as your primary care provider ensures continued care, tailored healthcare, and smoother future claims.
Why is it important to update your accepted conditions or DVA card details?
For DVA White Card holders, keeping accepted conditions up to date is crucial for veterans to ensure they have continued access to funded treatments and healthcare services for service-related injuries or illnesses.
If your accepted conditions are updated or your card changes from White to Gold, it’s essential to notify us so we can help you maintain uninterrupted access to the support you’re eligible for.
Regular updates also streamline future claims, prevent gaps in care, and ensure your evolving health needs are properly supported as you transition through different stages of life.
How can I update my accepted conditions or DVA card details with GO2 Health?
Once your DVA claim is approved or your card colour has changed, your accepted conditions are updated in MyGov under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) section
Log in to MyGov
Go to Your Services, and select Department of Veterans' Affairs
(If Department of Veteran Affairs does not appear, you will need to link the service with your account)

Access your accepted conditions
Under the Claims tab, select Accepted Conditions to view your DVA card details and conditions.

Share your conditions with GO2 Health
Take a screenshot of the listed conditions and email it to [email protected].
How do I add a new condition to my accepted conditions?
To submit a claim for further conditions, discuss this with your advocate or claims adviser. If medical documentation is required, book an assessment with your GO2 Health GP. New claims can be lodged by logging into MyService on MyGov and filing a new claim with DVA.
